Gray Reed Ranks Sixth in Texas M&A Deal Volume in Texas Lawbook Rankings

Gray Reed's Mergers and Acquisitions practice ranked sixth in deal count according to Texas Lawbook's  2024 Texas-Led Corporate Deal Tracker, highlighting the firm's substantial M&A expertise.

"We’re honored to be recognized by Texas Lawbook for our continued success and growth in M&A," said Brock Niezgoda, Partner and Practice Group Leader of the M&A Practice Group. "Our team’s growth is driven by our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients and we look forward to achieving even more in the year ahead."

Texas Lawbook created and maintains the Corporate Deal Tracker (CDT) to evaluate M&A transactions led by Texas attorneys. The rankings are based on law firm submissions, business disclosures and dealmaker interviews, distinguishing between Texas-led deals where Texas attorneys serve as primary counsel and Texas-related deals where they play supporting roles.
