Savannah Warner focuses her legal practice on corporate governance and transactional matters. In addition, she works with firm’s real estate attorneys to prepare commercial leases agreements for national and regional clients and to facilitate real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Gray Reed, Savannah worked for a boutique litigation firm and interned at the Harris County Attorney's Office.

During law school, Savannah was a Dean's Merit Scholarship recipient and a CALI Award winner for Oil, Gas and Mineral Law. She was also a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society and held leadership positions for the Texas Journal of Business Law and Corporate Counsel Review.

Representative Experience
  • Assisted a laundromat business with locations in multiple states in its sale of assets to a global leader in commercial laundry equipment.
  • Assisted the family owners of an upstream oil and gas company in the sale of the company.
  • Assisted two individual shareholders of a global cloud service provider of secure and compliant hosting for infrastructure, disaster recovery and cloud backup, in the acquisition by a managed infrastructure solutions provider.
  • Assisted a Houston-based construction company that has handled large civil construction projects for over 40 years in connection with a sale of all of its assets to a family-office equity fund.
