Savannah Warner focuses her legal practice on M&A transactions representing buyers and sellers in both asset and equity transactions. In addition, she focuses on general corporate and commercial matters, including entity formation, entity governance and the review and negotiation of various commercial contracts.

During law school, Savannah was a Dean's Merit Scholarship recipient and a CALI Award winner for Oil, Gas and Mineral Law. She was also a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society and held leadership positions for the Texas Journal of Business Law and Corporate Counsel Review.

Representative Experience
  • Assisted the buyers of assets owned by an electricity retail service provider with business and customers located in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
  • Assisted Lamons in the acquisition of the assets of ModuHouston from Modumetal. Now known as ModuCoatings, it provides coating application of a zinc-nickel plating system for bolting and fastener applications.
  • Assisted the buyer of the membership interests of a Georgia limited liability company, a provider of natural gas services for commercial and industrial customers.
  • Assisted the buyer in its acquisition of a company specializing in the construction and sale of downsized residential living spaces.
  • Assisted the shareholders of two Texas corporations in the sale of their respective equity interests to a strategic, equity-backed buyer.
  • Assisted a company in its sale of substantially all of the assets within its shoring division to a subsidiary of a publicly-traded and leading North American equipment rental supplier.
  • Assisted an upstream oil and gas company in the sale of offshore oil and gas assets for total consideration comprised of cash, an overriding royalty interest, and assumption of the related plugging and abandonment liabilities.
  • Assisted Ravago Americas LLC in the creation of Blue Polymers, LLC, a joint venture with Republic Services that is developing a network of facilities designed to produce 100% post-consumer recycled products to supply plastic manufacturers’ growing demand for sustainable solutions.
  • Assisted owners of a company engaged in the design and installation of stainless steel modular wall systems for hospitals and other healthcare facilities in the sale of the company to a leading public medical technology company, including a related supply agreement pursuant to which the owners will continue to fabricate the products that are designed and installed by the company that was sold.
  • Assisted a laundromat business with locations in multiple states in its sale of assets to a global leader in commercial laundry equipment.
  • Assisted the family owners of an upstream oil and gas company in the sale of the company.
  • Assisted two individual shareholders of a global cloud service provider of secure and compliant hosting for infrastructure, disaster recovery and cloud backup, in the acquisition by a managed infrastructure solutions provider.
  • Assisted a Houston-based construction company that has handled large civil construction projects for over 40 years in connection with a sale of all of its assets to a family-office equity fund.
