Access to Resources and General Counsel Capabilities

As a full service firm, we are uniquely positioned to effectively represent and counsel clients in a wide variety of transactions. When a client's need goes beyond the expertise or jurisdiction of a banking and financing attorney, our firm has other Gray Reed attorneys who primarily focus on areas such as corporate, real estate, energy, construction, healthcare, labor and employment, tax, intellectual property, government investigations and compliance, estate planning, employment matters, employee benefits and executive compensation, and commercial and appellate litigation. These resources allow us to serve as outside general counsel for our clients and help solve nearly any issue they may face in the life cycle of their business. Gray Reed is also a part of a global network of lawyers for international and cross-border issues for working with counsel for matters outside the firm’s expertise or jurisdiction.

We are proud that our banking and finance practice is ranked in U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers 2022 "Best Law Firms" ranking.

Why Clients Feel at Home at Gray Reed

We provide a team-based approach to each transaction and believe working closely with our client achieves the best result. To that end, we focus on the uniqueness of each client and each transaction, and deliver tailor-made, high-quality work in an efficient manner.
