The best part of my practice is collaborating with great clients on challenging commercial real estate projects and transactions. They count on me to understand their business, to care about their goals, and to help them navigate the various roadblocks to close a deal.
Lindsey Postula represents clients across Texas and in other states in the acquisition, development, management and leasing of a broad range of commercial properties. In addition to ongoing representation of landlords, developers and major corporate clients, she handles all real estate aspects of asset and equity purchases, sale leasebacks and complex financing arrangements.
Lindsey has the skills and experience to handle the most challenging commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition of a portfolio of 43 commercial properties in New Mexico, representation of borrowers in a $78.5 million portfolio loan, acquisition of a massive (488 acres of land) regional distribution facility, negotiation of an LOI for the sale of a private airport and representation of a well-known sports franchise in a high-profile sports performance and medical office project. She guides clients through each phase of these complex projects, working on aspects ranging from consolidating multiple parcels of land and negotiating easements and rights of way to working through development obstacles until the new project is up and running.
Lindsey is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and she is Band 4 Chambers ranked in Texas (ranked since 2022). She is the 2024-2025 Chair of the Houston Bar Association Real Estate Section and continues to serve on the Real Estate Legislative Affairs Committee (a committee that summarizes new legislation pertaining to real estate law for the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas).
