Gray Reed Announces New Practice Group Structure To Enhance Client Service and Attorney Development
Texas law firm Gray Reed today announced that it has completed an internal restructuring to better and more efficiently serve a diverse range of clients. Going forward under the new, streamlined system, Gray Reed has two main departments – Controversies and Transactions – with 15 practice groups underneath. 
 
Gray Reed was previously organized into 27 practice groups under eight separate legal departments.
 
“We expect the new structure will lead to more and better support for our development as individual attorneys and legal professionals,” Gray Reed Managing Partner Kyle Sanders said. “But more importantly, it will allow us to become even more client focused, collaborative, innovative and efficient by improving our practice models and embracing a new measure of discipline in the way we work together, ultimately strengthening our brand of delivering exceptional legal services.”
