Shanna B. Bayer
Associate

In the game of chess, there are a variety of strategies to choose and moves to make. Similarly, I like to think at least two steps ahead in negotiating and documenting each step of the commercial financing transaction.

Shanna Bayer focuses her practice on commercial and real estate transactions, including acquisition financings, mezzanine financings, syndicated and non-syndicated transactions, secured and unsecured commercial transactions, real estate and construction financings, and loan workouts.

Her volunteer work for the community has included mentoring high school students in a moot court program, pro-bono service for the Georgetown Law Juvenile Justice Clinic where she represented youth charged with delinquent acts, and serving as a guardian ad litem as part of Child Advocates.
