Tanner represents individual investors and companies in general corporate transactions such as entity formation and purchase and sale agreements. In addition, Tanner has experience advising partnerships, corporations and individuals on the federal tax aspects of complex transactions, as well as counseling both domestic and cross-border clients on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganization, and private debt offerings and/or equity offerings.
