Emily M. Radke

I enjoy working closely with individuals and families to determine their unique motivations and needs to deliver thoughtful, individualized solutions to complex estate planning and administration issues. I strive to combine empathy and compassion with technical expertise to provide my clients with the peace of mind that their estate planning goals have been met as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Emily Radke focuses her practice on all aspects of estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning for individuals and families, as well as trust and estate administration and related matters. Her practice includes counseling clients on their estate planning objectives and preparing wills, trusts, incapacity planning documents, and estate and gift tax returns.

Additionally, she has utilized sophisticated estate planning techniques to help clients transfer and preserve wealth, minimize transfer taxes and fulfill their charitable objectives.
