Samuel P. Rajaratnam
Associate

Having worked on both sides of the courtroom, I understand what drives cases and how to get the best results for clients. While I'm always ready for trial, I also know when finding a practical solution makes better business sense.

Sammy Rajaratnam is an experienced litigator who brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to complex disputes, having achieved successful outcomes on both sides of the courtroom. His experience representing both corporate defendants and individual plaintiffs gives him valuable strategic insight that sets him apart — he anticipates opposing counsel's moves and understands how to effectively position cases from multiple angles.

Sammy has tried numerous personal injury cases to favorable jury verdicts, particularly in Harris County. This trial experience, combined with his background in high-stakes commercial litigation, makes him especially effective at evaluating cases, anticipating challenges and developing winning strategies for clients.

Drawing from his experience on both sides of commercial and personal injury litigation, Sammy brings unique judgment to each case. Whether managing complex business disputes or defending against high-stakes claims, he understands how to balance aggressive advocacy with practical, cost-effective solutions that align with clients' business objectives.

Before entering private practice, Sammy gained valuable insight into the judicial process as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jeff Manske in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
