Ryder W. McCool
Associate

As a litigator, I take immense pride in digesting a client's issues and working alongside them to provide pragmatic steps to ensure their goals are met while also identifying potential pitfalls along the way.

Ryder McCool guides clients through all stages of litigation, from case strategy and discovery to pre-trial motions, witness preparation and depositions. He has achieved successful outcomes for clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, construction and insurance. Ryder has experience in court, and on appeal, with complex civil litigation matters such as medical malpractice, construction defects and premises liability.

While in law school at Baylor University School of Law, Ryder served as an intern for The Honorable Marcia Crone in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He competed in the Appellate Lawyers Association Moot Court Competition in Chicago, Illinois, as a member of the Order of the Barristers.
