Laura J. Minafee brings more than 15 years of experience to her role at Gray Reed. She oversees talent acquisition, organizational development, and administrative operations, with a strong focus on building effective, inclusive, and compliant workplace practices.
Laura has extensive experience managing employee relations and leading compensation and benefits programs, as well as designing and implementing performance management systems. She works closely with senior leadership on strategic planning and change management initiatives that support the firm’s long-term objectives.
Laura holds a Master of Legal Studies and a Master of Business Administration, combining legal insight, compliance fluency, and business acumen. She applies this integrated perspective through effective project management, clear communication and organizational leadership to support the firm and its people.
