Jeffrey Bourdon

Clients trust me to develop comprehensive estate planning strategies fit for their objectives and circumstances. I am proud to guide clients through processes that empower them to provide for and protect their loved ones.

Jeffrey Bourdon advises individuals and families on tax-efficient trust and estate planning strategies to protect their major assets and business interests, preserve and transfer their wealth, and accomplish their philanthropic goals. He prepares a variety of wealth transfer agreements for clients, including wills, revocable trusts, generation-skipping transfer trusts, trust modifications and other complex estate planning instruments. Jeffrey also guides clients through the probate and estate administration process, from gathering and appraising assets and drafting court filings to paying debts, distributing assets and preparing estate and gift tax returns.

Before joining Gray Reed, Jeffrey practiced at an Am Law top 5 global law firm representing clients in a broad range of complex transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, various financing structures, securities offerings and compliance, and general governance issues.

During law school at the University of Kansas, Jeffrey served as intern to Hon. J. Thomas Marten of the U.S. District Court of Kansas, and Hon. Lynn N. Hughes of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Texas.
