Caleb O’Donnell joined Gray Reed in 2024 after serving as a Summer Associate in 2023 and as a law clerk in 2024. During that time, he closely collaborated with the firm's seasoned transactional attorneys across an array of matters, including M&A and real estate, with a special focus on tax.

Before joining Gray Reed, Caleb attended the University of Houston Law Center, where he served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal. Prior to law school, Caleb attended Baylor University where he studied History and Rhetoric. While at Baylor he was as a member of the Baylor Chamber of Commerce where he served as the Chairman of the Baylor Line and as a trainer for Baylor’s live bear mascots.
