The inherently personal nature of estate and trust litigation can cause those involved to feel overwhelmed and emotional. I work closely with my clients to better understand their needs and develop a calculated approach that will achieve positive results and peace of mind.

Andrew McCarty focuses his practice on trust and estate planning and litigation. During law school, Andrew served as Note & Comment Editor for Texas A&M Law Review. He also served as judicial intern for U.S. District Judge Karen Scholer in the Northern District of Texas and U.S. Magistrate Judge John Love in the Eastern District of Texas.
