Two Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Partners Named 2023 Best Lawyers Under 40 by D Magazine

Gray Reed is proud to announce Amber Carson and Lydia Webb have been selected to D Magazine's 2023 list of Best Lawyers Under 40.

Carson guides debtors, creditors, official committees and other parties through every phase of commercial bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters before courts in Texas and across the country. She has helped clients achieve positive outcomes in difficult cases spanning many industries, from oil and gas, healthcare and retail to restaurants, construction and manufacturing. Carson also handles bankruptcy-related litigation involving a number of complex issues, including fraudulent transfers, preference actions, contract disputes and many more. She was named a Best Lawyer Under 40 by D Magazine in 2020.

With cases spanning several industries – oil and gas, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, restaurants plus many more, Webb focuses her practice on representing and advising debtors, creditors, committees and post-confirmation trustees in bankruptcy cases and other insolvency or restructuring scenarios. She has guided clients to successful results in complex cases before courts throughout Texas and many other states, including Oklahoma, Delaware and New York.

D Magazine's 2023 Best Lawyers Under 40 list is determined through a peer‐review voting process, with ballots submitted by thousands of area lawyers. The final list was compiled by an independent panel of distinguished attorneys working in conjunction with the magazine's editors, according to the publication.
