The Houston office ranked 3rd in the large company category and was the only law firm listed. The Dallas office ranked 16th in the medium company category and was the overall highest-ranking law firm.
Gray Reed has been ranked in the Best Places to Work list for nine of the last ten years, an honor the firm feels is a testament to its unique culture.

The Best Places to Work Lists are compiled by independent research firm Quantum Workplace, which sent a survey to employees of hundreds of nominated companies in each city. Quantum then compiled scores based on worker retention and attraction strategies, corporate culture, amenities and benefits.
