As Business Development Manager, she is responsible for creating and executing business development initiatives for the firm’s practice groups and industry teams that support revenue goals and enhance visibility for the firm’s lawyers.

Before joining Gray Reed, Lisa held senior business development and marketing roles at several international law firms where she spearheaded strategies for energy, litigation, bankruptcy, labor and employment, intellectual property, and video games and esports practices. Her accomplishments include advising attorneys on marketing plans and developing campaigns that drove brand awareness and revenue growth.
