The goal of Gray Reed’s deep bench of over 50 experienced transactional attorneys is to provide our clients with thoughtful strategies and current market knowledge to help them grow their businesses. We help clients navigate complex acquisition, growth and divestiture strategies, including negotiation of letters of intent and term sheets, legal and business due diligence, auctions, drafting and negotiating the definitive documentation and post-closing integration. Our team also serves as capital markets and securities counsel to middle market and larger publicly traded companies.
