Anna M. Virene

Anna Virene serves as Gray Reed's Banking Practice Group Leader. With clients ranging from regional and national financial institutions to private lenders, Anna focuses her practice on structuring and negotiating a variety of secured and unsecured commercial lending transactions across a myriad of industries, including loans to operating companies, energy sector lending, equity and asset acquisition financing, bridge-to-call loan facilities, Ex-Im Bank (Export-Import Bank of the United States) financing, loans to not-for-profit institutions, railcar financing, floor plan financing, equipment financing, and acquisition, construction, and renovation real estate loans. Her experience includes representation of lenders in bilateral facilities, as well as administrative agents and syndicate bank lenders in syndicated credit facilities.  Anna also represents lenders in troubled debt workouts, restructurings, and real and personal property foreclosures.
