Robbie has substantial experience dealing with the numerous moving parts of complex development deals, including negotiating and structuring the sale, interfacing with utility districts on infrastructure issues such as sewer and drainage, documenting assignments for reimbursables, escrowing hold-back funds and roll-back taxes, and resolving zoning, easement, restrictive covenant and surface control issues.
Robbie also serves as outside general counsel for clients across many industries, including real estate, manufacturing, distribution and service providers. He personally handles nearly every issue his clients may encounter, ranging from entity formation and corporate governance to strategic planning and commercial transactions.
