Tiffany R. Taylor
Partner

My experience has given me a wholistic understanding of the industry – from early, preparatory land work through the execution of sophisticated operational agreements. Accordingly, I am uniquely situated to advise my clients throughout each phase of their operations.

Tiffany Taylor advises upstream and midstream energy clients on a broad range of transactional and operational matters across Texas and other key producing states. Her experience includes negotiating and drafting complex agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, joint operating agreements, farmout and participation agreements, lease acquisition documents and surface use agreements. She also conducts and leads large-scale due diligence projects.

On the midstream side, Tiffany regularly handles commercial arrangements involving the gathering, processing, compression and transportation of hydrocarbons, as well as related access agreements. She has guided clients through multimillion-dollar transactions involving producing assets and midstream infrastructure, providing practical, business-oriented legal solutions. Her understanding of the commercial and legal dynamics of oil and gas operations makes her a strategic partner for companies pursuing growth opportunities.

Tiffany also conducts title examinations for oil and gas producers and advises clients on multimillion-dollar mineral acquisitions throughout Texas. Working with local counsel, she assists with acquisitions involving assets in Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico and North Dakota. She also has extensive experience advising landmen, drafting curative documents and litigating title matters to help operators prepare for large-scale drilling projects.
