Niloufar "Nikki" Hafizi

The key to accurate title examination is attention to detail and I take pride in looking at issues through multiple angles and scrutinizing each element of a title record.

Nikki Hafizi primarily conducts title examinations and prepares opinions for oil and gas producers with operations in Texas. During law school, Nikki served as an associate editor for the Corporate Counsel Review and a fellow for the Houston chapter of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. She honed her research, writing and communications skills as a varsity advocate on the South Texas moot court team, where she was inducted into the National Order of Barristers after earning various awards including two national championship team awards.

She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Tagle of the Southern District of Texas. Before graduating, she earned eight CALI Excellence Awards for the highest class grade, including in Energy Law, a Pro Bono Honors Certificate, an Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law Award, and an Elizabeth A. Dennis Langdell Scholar Award for her work tutoring classes of 1L and 2L students.
