Cole Robinson

I strive to understand each client’s business and specific goals, which helps to facilitate practical and economical solutions and avoid unnecessary back and forth between lawyers.  Things do not always go as planned in a transaction, but I believe my positive and even-keeled demeanor tends to help put clients at ease and aids in reaching the big picture goal of getting the deal done. I enjoy taking a team approach with the client to bring each transaction to fruition.

Cole Robinson focuses his practice on the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of commercial properties located in Texas and many other states across the country. His clients range from small and mid-size local businesses to multi-national corporations, including developers, landowners, investors, landlords, tenants and lenders. Cole also has an extensive background in general commercial transactions and corporate governance matters, which helps him structure deals more efficiently and resolve a variety of day-to-day issues for his real estate clients.
