Brittany Blakey joined Gray Reed’s Energy Transactions practice group after participating in the firm’s 2018 and 2019 summer associate program. She graduated with a B.B.A from Texas Tech University in Energy Commerce and with a dual J.D. / M.B.A. from Baylor Law School and Baylor Hankamer School of Business.
Brittany gained additional experience while working as a legal intern in the Office of Commissioner Ryan Sitton at the Texas Railroad Commission. She was also an in-house minerals intern at Dorchester Minerals, L.P. and a field intern at Marathon Oil Corporation.
While attending Baylor Law School, Brittany was the Managing Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review, was on the Dean’s List in 2017 and 2018, received the Locke Lord, LLP Writing excellence Award and was selected for the Order of Barristers.
