We have finally arrived at the end of the discrimination series. Last, but certainly not least, is National Origin and Immigration Status discrimination. This time we combine not just the laws of Title VII, but provisions of the Immigration Reform and Control Act. 

With immigration taking a big portion of the stage in our presidential debates, it can't hurt to take a look at the risk of exposure. There are subtleties to this issue. Can you set a policy that English is the only language for your workplace? Can undocumented workers make discrimination claims?
