Houston continues to receive incredibly encouraging signs that the Oil & Gas/Energy sector is expanding and growing. ExxonMobil is building a huge complex in North Houston, Phillips 66 is building International HQ in West Houston, and seven other major construction projects are on-going in West Houston's Energy Corridor.
