Whether it's a prenuptial agreement or a bitter divorce trial, I spend a lot of time listening to my clients so that I can meet their needs in a manner that allows them to continue with their lives as quickly as possible and with minimal emotional and mental harm. 

George Rustay focuses his practice on family law, specifically premarital agreements, post-marital agreements and divorces, both trial and collaborative. 

George received his mediation certificate from the Attorney-Mediators Institute in 1995, completed the Advanced Mediation Symposium by the ABA Dispute Resolution Committee in 1997 and has been Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for 40 years.

With experience as in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and American General Fire and Casualty, he is also equipped to handle plaintiff's personal injury cases, FELA and railroad crossing mediation.
