Ryder McCool is a skilled commercial litigator dedicated to helping clients navigate complex business disputes with confidence. He represents individuals and companies, both plaintiffs and defendants, in a wide range of matters across Texas, including contract claims, fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes, construction litigation, personal injury defense, landlord-tenant conflicts, real property issues and more.

In addition to his litigation practice, Ryder has extensive experience serving as counsel to state and federal court receivers. He regularly advises court-appointed receivers throughout the receivership process, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while protecting and defending the receivership estate.
