Travis Nadalini is a trial lawyer and advisor to businesses in Texas and around the country for employment law-related issues and commercial litigation. Travis has achieved favorable results for clients in a broad spectrum of matters, including restrictive covenants, trade secrets, discrimination, retaliation, wage/hour, harassment, unfair competition, wrongful termination, contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duties and defamation.
Travis also helps serve as outside general counsel to businesses across multiple industries by drafting employment agreements and policies, providing guidance on day-to-day employment decisions, and leveraging the skills of his colleagues to navigate the complex and constantly evolving business landscape.
During law school at Baylor Law School, Travis competed on the moot court team and completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Matthew J. Kacsmaryk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
