Roger Mackay

Roger Mackay joined Gray Reed in 2025 after serving as a Litigation Summer Associate in 2024. During his time with the firm, he worked alongside litigators on a variety of matters, gaining hands-on experience in litigation strategy and client service.

Before law school, Roger spent nearly a decade in the U.S. Army as a Green Beret and was awarded the Bronze Star. His military background sharpened his skills in strategic planning, adaptability, and disciplined execution under pressure, qualities that directly inform his approach to litigation and client advocacy.
