Laura Hale

Laura Hale focuses her practice on energy law, primarily conducting title examinations and preparing title opinions for clients in Texas and New Mexico. Before joining Gray Reed, Laura spent over ten years working with oil and gas clients preparing complex opinions and assisting with curative matters and issues. For the last several years, Laura served as in-house counsel for an electric utility company where she handled all of the company's transactional matters, real estate matters and financial closings.
