As a summer associate, she enjoyed the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced litigators on a variety of complex matters. Kendall is an adaptable, task-oriented hard-worker with a strong determination to succeed when given the opportunity. Her diverse experiences contribute to her ability to advance the needs of each client.
Throughout her studies at Alabama Law, Kendall participated in a variety of activities while also maintaining academic success. As Executive Editor of Alabama Law Review, she demonstrated her strong passion for writing and editing. Her peers selected her as Best Editor on four distinct editing assignments for the journal. During her first year at Alabama Law, her professor selected her exam essay answer to be a model answer for future students and subsequently asked if she would like to participate as a research assistant. In this role, she worked to advance research and adapt her writing style to the needs of particular projects. This opportunity allowed her to demonstrate not only her writing capabilities, but also improve her work-product presentation.
Kendall enjoyed competing in moot court competitions, including the National Criminal Procedure Law Moot Court Team where her team advanced to the quarterfinals, and serving on the Alabama Law Moot Court Board. She also served in numerous other leadership roles, such as president for the school's only honor society and as a representative for the Honor Council.
