Derek Younkers

Derek Younkers joined Gray Reed in 2025 after serving as a Summer Associate in 2023 and 2024. During that time, he worked closely with the firm’s seasoned litigators on commercial and employment matters.

Prior to joining Gray Reed, Derek attended Baylor University School of Law, where he served as Managing Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review and competed in moot court competitions.
