Carolina Paine

Carolina Paine joined Gray Reed’s real estate team in 2023 after serving as a summer associate in 2022. With an eye to detail, Carolina works on various commercial real estate transactions, particularly the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of commercial properties.  Carolina has assisted in the disposition of a portfolio of commercial properties and regularly works on the acquisition of commercial property for an industrial property fund.

During law school at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Carolina served as Staff Editor for the SMU International Law Review Association.
