Clark Patterson

Clark Patterson has over 30 years of experience in the legal field. His experience includes work with the Attorney General of Texas and the FDIC. His work in the private industry includes Intellectual Property, Labor and Employment, Commercial Litigation and currently Bankruptcy. Clark’s responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting attorneys from the initial stage of discovery, hearings, deposition, mediation and all aspects of trial preparation including assembling electronic exhibits and  creating demonstratives. Clark has a working knowledge of PowerPoint, Sanction, Summation, Concordance and Trial Director, and running such programs at trial. He is well adapt at maintaining and analyzing large amounts of data, conducting legal research using Pacer, Westlaw and Secretary of State research. He also conducts document review and production.

Clark is active in assisting with Pro Bono matters working closely with the DVAP.
