With more than 40 years of experience, he helps organizations navigate complex risk environments while aligning technology strategies with business objectives.

He has advised clients across industries including energy, utilities, retail and professional services. His expertise includes regulatory frameworks such as NERC CIP, CMMC, SOX and HIPAA, as well as enterprise risk governance and technology strategy. He has also led large-scale technology transformations and M&A integrations, helping organizations build resilient IT infrastructures and governance models that support growth.

William is active in the technology community, holding leadership roles with the Society for Information Management and serving on the Strategic AI Advisory Board at Houston Christian University.
