I enjoy getting to know my clients personally and believe it allows me to best craft and implement an estate plan that meets their individual situation, goals and expectations.

Scott Bayer represents high net worth individuals in a wide range of trust and estate planning matters.

He has experience assisting clients with wealth transfer agreements, including wills, revocable trusts and various other sophisticated estate planning techniques, as well as property agreements, including pre-marital and post-marital agreements. Scott counsels clients in the planning, formation and transfer of family business, and property interests, including limited liability companies and limited partnerships.

He also represents executors and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts, and assists clients with the preparation of gift and estate tax returns.
