Pearson Wolk is an Associate in Gray Reed’s Corporate and M&A practice based in the Houston office. With a strong foundation in tax and significant experience in M&A, business succession transactions (including equity and non-equity incentives for key employees and management) and outside general counsel services, he brings a holistic and analytical approach to his work, identifying key considerations that impact transaction structure and long-term outcomes.

  • Represented the seller in the $535M sale of 100% of the equity of an architecture and engineering firm to a publicly traded company.
  • Represented the seller in the $110M sale of 100% of the equity of a multi-family construction and facility management company to a private equity firm.
  • Represented the seller in the $100M sale of substantially all the assets of an oil country tubular goods material processing company to a publicly traded company.
  • Represented the seller in the $38M sale of 100% of the equity of a wealth management and financial planning firm to a private equity portfolio company.
  • Represented the seller in the $22.5M sale of substantially all the assets of a financial and advisory consulting firm to a private equity portfolio company.
  • Represented the seller in the $22M sale of substantially all the assets of a petrochemical spill prevention and containment systems company to a private equity portfolio company.
  • Represented the seller in the $20M sale of 100% of the equity of a signage and exterior facility services company to a private equity firm.
  • Represented the buyer in the $12.5M purchase of 100% of the equity of a closely held railroad services company.
