A litigation paralegal since 2007, Mindy Vernon brings vast experience in various areas of law, with a primary focus on complex civil litigation. She currently supports the business and commercial litigation practice at Gray Reed. Mindy collaborates closely with the firm’s trial teams and clients analyzing and developing strategies in all phases of the case from initial intake through discovery, trial and appeal. She is involved with investigations, preparing expert witnesses, legal research, developing witness examinations, drafting pleadings and discovery responses, designating trial exhibits and participating in jury selection and trial. She assists with technology during remote and courtroom trials and hearings.
