Max Brown

“Winning” a case looks different to every client, and there’s often a large gap between expectations and reality. One of my greatest strengths is helping clients understand the realistic landscape of potential case outcomes so they can push emotion aside and choose the best strategy for their business, whether it’s an outside-the-box solution, a cost-efficient settlement, or aggressive litigation.

Max Brown is a commercial litigator with experience helping clients resolve complex business disputes both in and out of the courtroom. He has guided defendants and plaintiffs to positive outcomes in cases all over Texas involving a broad spectrum of claims, including contract disputes, significant commercial property damage, personal injury defense, energy litigation, construction claims, disputes over water rights, landlord-tenant disputes, legal malpractice defense, insurance litigation, and more.

Max brings a creative and business-centered approach to finding the right solution for his clients, whether he’s defusing a complex contract dispute before litigation or defending a high-stakes property damage claim in the courtroom. With his diverse commercial litigation background spanning several industries, Max is well-equipped to help clients resolve many kinds of disputes and keep their businesses on track.
