She advises human resources professionals and business owners on a variety of day-to-day employment decisions, prepares employee handbooks and policies, and drafts employment agreements such as non-disclosure, non-competition, non-solicitation, severance and retention agreements.
Makenzie also represents clients in state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals. She is an instrumental part of the team at every phase of the litigation process, including expert and fact discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
