I bring a steady, solutions-driven approach to transactions, anticipating issues early, communicating clearly and helping clients navigate complexity while maintaining momentum to keep matters moving efficiently.

Kristina Rosado focuses her practice on representing lenders and borrowers in a broad range of financing transactions. She advises commercial banks and corporate clients on complex credit arrangements, including syndicated facilities, acquisition financings, working capital loans, franchise financing arrangements, construction loans, asset-based lending and other secured and unsecured financings.

Kristina also brings experience in commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions and title and survey issues involving improved, unimproved, industrial, multifamily and retail properties.

Prior to entering private practice, Kristina worked in the commercial title industry, where she developed a strong foundation in title and survey matters that frequently arise in complex transactions. This experience informs her practical, detail-oriented approach, enabling her to identify potential issues early and help clients navigate transactions efficiently from structuring through closing.
