  • Purchase of a large coal mineral royalty operation by a private investor group.
  • Sale of a water production and transportation business in the Permian basin to a public company buyer.
  • Sale of multiple oilfield waste disposal facilities in the Bakken to a public company buyer.
  • Purchase of a large portfolio of restaurant franchises.
  • Purchase of a third-party logistics business, including negotiation of acquisition financing.
  • Purchase of several introducing brokerage firms focused on natural gas, crude, products, electricity and agriculture markets.
  • Negotiation of multiple clean and produced water supply/offtake/disposal agreements.
