Jeremy A. Walter
Associate

After guiding clients through many types of complex business disputes, I have learned that the path to achieving the ideal outcome is different in every case. While litigation may be necessary to fully protect my client’s interests, I also work hard to find creative solutions that will accomplish their goals without a prolonged courtroom battle. If a problem arises beyond the scope of my practice, I give clients access to the firm’s extensive resources to ensure each matter is in the right hands to reach the best possible result.

Jeremy Walter is an experienced litigator focused on helping clients resolve disputes covering a broad range of issues, including breach of contract, fiduciary duties, business divorce, real property issues, property damage claims and personal injury defense. His diverse litigation background spans a number of industries, from energy, transportation, distribution and manufacturing to commercial real estate, pharmaceuticals and many others. Jeremy has achieved positive outcomes in complex cases before courts and arbitrators throughout Texas and in several states across the U.S.

Energy clients rely on Jeremy to resolve all types of contractual, payment and operational disputes both in and out of the courtroom. He has considerable experience handling cases involving joint operating agreements, title adjudications, royalties, accountings, oil and gas purchase and sale agreements, gathering and processing contracts, natural gas marketing agreements and much more.

In addition, Jeremy is a dedicated pro bono advocate for Houston-area clients in a variety of legal matters.
