My focus is to facilitate a clients' business goals while working efficiently and carefully to ensure that the solution we arrive at now is still working for the client years down the line.

Grace Glover is a corporate lawyer committed to helping clients solve immediate business needs without losing sight of their long-term goals. Her practice is primarily focused on the negotiation and structuring of mergers and acquisitions, a variety of commercial agreements, entity formation, private equity offerings, and asset and stock sales. She has experience working with a variety of clients, from startups to Texas-based companies with nation-wide operations.  

Grace has also gained familiarity with the loan process through her work with our Banking & Finance Practice Group.  

Before joining Gray Reed, she clerked for The Honorable Judge Halbach in the 333rd Civil District Court, which allows her to view transactional work through a litigator’s lens. During law school at Southern Methodist University, Grace served as vice president of the Student Bar Association and staff editor for SMU Science & Technology Law Review

Representative Experience
  • Assisted the founders of an environmental remediation, waste storage, transportation and disposal services company in $88 million sale of a majority equity stake to a private equity fund, including a part equity sale and rollover by the founders, earn-out arrangements and formation of a complex partnership to govern the newly-formed parent company. (2019)
  • Assisted Bowen, Miclette & Britt Insurance Agency, LLC and Bowen, Miclette & Britt, Inc. in the acquisition of a minority interest from Agency Capital Group LLC and the sale of a majority interest to BroadStreet Partners, Inc. (2018)
