Grace Glover is a corporate lawyer committed to helping clients solve immediate business needs without losing sight of their long-term goals. Her practice is primarily focused on the negotiation and structuring of mergers and acquisitions, a variety of commercial agreements, entity formation, private equity offerings, and asset and stock sales. She has experience working with a variety of clients, from startups to Texas-based companies with nation-wide operations.
Grace has also gained familiarity with the loan process through her work with our Banking & Finance Practice Group.
Before joining Gray Reed, she clerked for The Honorable Judge Halbach in the 333rd Civil District Court, which allows her to view transactional work through a litigator’s lens. During law school at Southern Methodist University, Grace served as vice president of the Student Bar Association and staff editor for SMU Science & Technology Law Review.
