Preparing for trial from day one is the most effective strategy to accomplish my client’s litigation goals. It puts opponents on notice that we are ready and willing to go the distance, which enhances the prospects of reaching a favorable result. If a trial is ultimately necessary, my clients know that we are fully prepared to deliver a compelling case to achieve the best possible outcome in the courtroom.
