Angela Pence England

Angela Pence England is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and represents clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, complex property division, child custody and visitation, premarital and marital property agreements and alternative dispute resolution. She works closely with clients to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting their financial interests and preserving family relationships whenever possible. She considers it an honor to help people going through what is usually the most difficult and often unexpected time of their lives.

With more than 30 years of experience, Angela has represented clients in complex family law matters as a litigator, collaborative attorney, mediator, and arbitrator. She encourages clients to consider alternatives to litigation when appropriate, helping families reach practical solutions tailored to their individual circumstances.

Angela is a frequent speaker at state wide continuing legal education seminars and annually publishes Sampson, Tindall & England's Texas Family Code Annotated.
