For the first time, we have focused on a topic that might not apply to everyone. We received a special request for an edition on tips. So, here it is!
For those outside the tip arena, this edition will hopefully still be worthy of a read to learn how your tips are likely to be sliced and diced before finally making it into the pocket of your server at the next restaurant you visit.
