Gray Reed Enhances its Construction and Energy Practices with New Attorneys

Gray Reed & McGraw is expanding and strengthening its construction and energy practices with the addition of two new attorneys, J.P. Vogel (Dallas – Construction) and Dominic Salinas (Houston – Energy).

J.P. Vogel is a shareholder in Gray Reed's Dallas office, focusing his practice on Construction. J.P. is a trusted counselor and litigator to businesses and individuals involved in the construction industry throughout Texas and the United States, including: owners, general contractors, specialty sub-contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers. For many of his clients, J.P. provides counsel regarding their daily business operations including collection services, drafting and negotiating agreements, corporate governance, and general, practical legal advice. J.P. is a Dallas/Fort Worth native, and a graduate of St. Mary University’s School of Law, Texas A&M University-College Station, and Highland Park High School. Dominic Salinas is an associate in Gray Reed's Energy section in Houston. He has significant experience with a variety of energy matters, including advising clients on energy exploration, acquiring energy companies, and preparing drilling title and division order title opinions.
