J.P. Vogel is a shareholder in Gray Reed's Dallas office, focusing his practice on Construction. J.P. is a trusted counselor and litigator to businesses and individuals involved in the construction industry throughout Texas and the United States, including: owners, general contractors, specialty sub-contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers. For many of his clients, J.P. provides counsel regarding their daily business operations including collection services, drafting and negotiating agreements, corporate governance, and general, practical legal advice.
