Emmott Elected Chair-Elect of the State Bar of Texas Collaborative Law Section

Jack Emmott, a Member at Gray Reed & McGraw, was elected Chair Elect of the State Bar of Texas Collaborative Law Section. The Collaborative Law Section is comprised of attorneys whose aim is to educate legal and client communities about collaborative law; to improve and enhance the practice of collaborative law, to identify the practitioners of collaborative law for the benefit of the public; and to provide a forum for interaction among collaborative law practitioners from all disciplines of the law.

Emmott is Board Certified in both Family Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Jack has tried cases in Harris, Galveston, Montgomery, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Angleton, and Bexar Counties.  Jack's significant trial and collaborative law experience includes representing entrepreneurs, business owners, sports professionals, medical professionals and other attorneys.
